- Clinical telehealth (telemedicine) – We provide both interactive and deferred (store-and-forward) teleconsultations from UM’s world-class physicians in multiple specialties.
- Remote health education – We offer remote access to UM medical grand rounds and lectures via videoconferencing.
- Research & development – We conduct and participate in interdisciplinary research in telehealth, involving UM and external investigators, including industry. Also, we develop innovative telehealth products and clinical services in order to foster improved health care and economic development.
- Training – We provide training for our customers and offer customized training for external organizations interested in starting up or improving telehealth services.
- Professional consulting – We provide expertise in establishing telehealth networks, programs, and policies and also evaluating new or existing tele- health programs, products and services.
